For clients interested in Private Placement Platforms we can assist you in referring you to platforms approved by the top banks in Europe to conduct trade with High Yield MTN Buy/Sell Program trades only.
We take huge pride in offering a comprehensive due dilligence on the contract between the trading platform and the client, so that you are fully aware of the platform, before you make your decision.
In addition, we make sure that you and your attorney are more than welcome to make your own due diligence on all aspects of the platform, including having a face-to-face meeting with the platform.
